Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Jordan only. All prices on this site are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).
We are not able to ship outside Jordan at this time. If you are ordering from abroad, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat 3.00 JOD anywhere in Jordan, whatever the size of your order. The charge is added at checkout before you confirm and pay, so there are no surprises at the door.
Delivery time
Orders are processed on working days. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partner and you will be contacted to arrange handover.
Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or after the daily dispatch cut-off are processed on the next working day.
Paying for your order
We accept three payment methods:
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives
- Direct bank transfer — your order is dispatched once the transfer clears
- Western Union — contact us after ordering for the transfer details
Tracking your order
You can see the status of any order at any time from My Account. We’ll also contact you when your order is on its way.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive when expected, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the courier. If an item arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours — see our Refunds and Returns policy.
