Information we collect
When you place an order
To process an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, along with the contents of your order and your chosen payment method. Where you pay by bank transfer or Western Union, we also receive the payment reference you provide.
We do not collect or store card numbers. We do not operate card payments on this site.
When you create an account
We store your name, email address, password (encrypted) and any delivery addresses you save, so that you can check out faster and review past orders.
When you contact us
Messages sent through our contact form, by email or by phone are retained so we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation if you get in touch again.
When you use the site assistant
This site offers an automated assistant that can answer questions about products and orders. Messages you send to it are processed to generate a reply, and may be handled by a third-party AI service provider on our behalf. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information into the chat.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
If you sign up for marketing emails, your email address is stored by our email provider, Mailchimp, which processes data outside Jordan. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our security plugin also logs IP addresses and login attempts in order to detect and block malicious activity.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, keep you logged in, and remember your preferences. Cart and account cookies are necessary — the shop cannot function without them. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site will stop working if you do.

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to retain them for accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Contact messages are kept while they remain useful for supporting you. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your account and personal data, where we are not required to keep it
- stop sending you marketing emails
